FEBRUARY 2011

After a long winter, it's always nice to see the beginning signs of Spring. At Cadence Point, new things are popping up every day.

The Hubbard (seen above) is nearly complete. This charming ones-story home with a detached garage fits beautifully into the Cadence Point landscape. It's sure to be a stunning residence for one lucky buyer with a spectacular view of the stunning blue-ridge region. Meanwhile, the final touches are being put on the Franklin (seen below). This classic home boast two amazing wraparound porches, ideal for quiet evenings in the heart of the blue ridge mountains. The landscaping is its final stages and the concrete driveway and sidewalk have just been poured.

NOVEMBER 2010

Another day, another home at the Cadence Point Development. With the winter months approaching, construction has been completed on the Franklin and building is well underway on the new Hubbard.

The Franklin (seen above) is now for sale. This stunning home features first and second-story full-span front porches and exudes low country antebellum style. The Hubbard already boasts a spectacular view of the stunning blue-ridge region. This home will offer an historic arts & crafts design and single-floor living. Check back to follow the progress of this latest addition to the Cadence Point project.

AUGUST 2010

The summer season is fleeting with August already upon us. With autumn just around the corner, Cadence Point is poised to welcome its third new home.

Construction has progressed quickly and efficiently on the two-story Franklin. The concrete foundation now bears the weight of the frame. The home is truly starting to take shape in the shadows of the already-finished Maple. In no time at all, the Franklin too will stand complete.

JULY 2010

With the Maple and the Grove compete, construction in now underway on the newest addition to the Cadence Point Development. The simple foundation pictured above will soon become a stunning addition to the Cadence Point Community.

The Franklin will be a two-story, three bay front porch, two-window dormer. Once complete, this new home will offer: a great room fireplace, an open floor plan with the kitchen opening to main living space, master on the main floor with a walk-in closet, a back porch entry mudroom, an upstairs study & family room and private baths for all three bedrooms.

The Franklin will be finished with custom cabinets, granite counters, EnergyStar stainless appliances, as well as highly energy-efficient HVAC, windows and lighting.

APRIL 2010

Friday, April 30th marks a major milestone in the young life of the Cadence Point Development. One the last day of April, Cadence Point will hold its very first closing. Construction is finally complete, and the craftsman-style Maple, with hits charming, red-shingle façade, will at last become a home.

While the closing is imminent for the Maple, there is still another house available for sale. The Grove (depicted below), with its cornflower blue shingles, offers a thoroughly modern take on a historic Charlestown-inspired design. The Grove boasts a gourmet kitchen, master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, and a second floor study featuring a dramatic balcony overlook. The Grove also offers a detached, two-car carriage house.

Progress Reports

JANUARY 2010

The New Year is upon us and 2010 is already off to a great start at Cadence Point. Where just month ago, there were still trees waiting to be cleared, today stand two nearly completed homes.

The Maple, depicted above, is a craftsman-style home which has already been sold. The red shingles on the upper facade provide an exciting preview of the charming home growing ever closer to completion.

The Grove, seen below, is the first home for sale at Cadence Point. The stately blue, Charlestown-inspired home is also on track to be completed by April 1st.

NOVEMBER 2009

Construction is coming along nicely on the first two homes at the Cadence Point Development. The photo above depicts the progress that has been made to the Maple-style home.

These two houses are almost dried in, and the plumbing and electrical work have begun. Construction is on schedule to completed by or before April 1, 2010. The Maple on the hill (above) is sold to our first buyers who've already relocated to Brevard from Florida and the Grove (pictured below) is available for sale. Plans are also in the works to soon begin building two more houses.

AUGUST 2009

Construction is underway at Cadence Point and the first two homes have started to take shape. The photo above depicts the foundation that has been laid for the Grove style home that will serve as a model unit for the Cadence Point development.

In addition to the progress that had been made on the Grove, a foundation is being completed for the Maple style home. The Maple is being built for Cadence Point's first buyer, who is leaving Florida behind for the beautiful Blue Hills of Brevard, North Carolina. These two homes are the first of 31 that will be constructed at Cadence Point.
